RETURNS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. A 10% fee is charged for returns pertaining to an item received that you decide fit or color of the item is not what you like. Use venmo or contact for options at 603-750-5115.

No fee charged if item has a damage. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Important – Items must also be in place back into the original cello packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

We only replace items without a fee if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item because of size or color and what to exchange it for the same item, call us or send us an email at info@kimberleystravels.com and then mail to address provided.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless approved by us. A tracking number is required to be emailed to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer shipping included to one location per order. 2 day priority mail is used to each address. Please place one order per shipping address. Please put address to ship to in comments/note section.
